I know I just thought like a movie maybe this time it would just be his night and his free skate would be near flawless and then in the rare circumstances like we saw his best could capture gold when the clear favorite struggled. Could easily say the say for Adam and Shun who could’ve been the gold medal winner with just the “perfect” free. Still it was so nice he was able to repeat being the Olympic silver medalist.

Absolutely loved Kagiyama’s short program. Free skating wasn’t that great this time but I’m happy for him. Felt really bad for Cha Junhwan though. He slid off the podium at 4th place when his Free skating choreography and execution was perhaps the best (Mikhail’s jumps not counting).

Yuma and second place, the best “couple”, heh. He was on exactly that position so many times – and again, even in such unusual situation. I can imagine what he is always feeling when he receives the x-th silver medal, but, maybe, he has already somehow got used to it… He will be remembered like a “Silver King” or similarly, for sure.
