President Trump welcomed the 2025 MLB World Series champions, the LA Dodgers, to the White House on Thursday and gave a shoutout to the team’s all-around star and three-time MVP, Shohei Ohtani. Ohtani helped lead the Dodgers to their ninth World Series championship and shattered the Dodgers’ franchise record for home runs in a season along the way, hitting 55 home runs.
